Commercial Contracts Solicitor – London
This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with up to two years post qualification experience. The successful solicitor will work with a dynamic and close-knit in-house team, handling a caseload of Commercial Contracts Including drafting and negotiation, securing outcomes and minimising risk, offering clear and client friendly legal advice and working closely with stakeholders and clients, escalating matters where necessary. This is an exciting opportunity with a company that allows staff to thrive and offer future progression within the team.
The candidate:
- You must be a qualified solicitor with up to 2 years post qualification experience maximum
- You must have previous experience with commercial contracts and their negotiation
- You must have a genuine interest to join an in-house team
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and influence at the stakeholder level
- You must have excellent IT skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programmes
- Experience working with the UK financial services or insurance sectors is highly desirable but not essential
