This firm has enjoyed phenomenal success in recent years as a result of accelerated growth and new client wins and it continues to act on behalf of a host of stellar clients predominantly in the technology, energy, real estate, corporate and financial sectors.

The Real Estate Finance Team sits within the wider National Real Estate Division and compliments the Real Estate, Planning and Projects Solicitors in providing their clients with a full-service offering. The Real Estate Finance Team itself acts for banks, private equity and other financial entities providing strategic advice in order to facilitate the construction and development of high value and large-scale commercial property developments.

The firm is keen to hear from a Real Estate Finance Solicitor from NQ level up to the 4 year PQE mark and, if an NQ, you will have undertaken a seat within property finance as part of your training contract at a comparable national firm. You will have gained experience of acting on behalf of both lenders and borrowers in relation to commercial property funding and will be proficient in advising on loan agreements, mortgages, guarantees and debentures. In addition, you will also be experienced in negotiating terms and advising upon titles and you will also be enthusiastic about business development and further raising the teams' standing within the market nationally, especially as you will enjoy a number of client facing activities.

This opportunity will allow you to participate in some of the largest and most technically complex commercial property deals in the country. You will have an abundance of face to face client time and will be required to provide innovative solutions to complex financial issues relating to large property projects, so this is very much a role for someone who is ambitious and who has a desire to deal with challenging subject matter in the company of some of the very best lawyers around.
