Locum Civil Litigation Lawyer - Outside IR35

Venn Group's specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Locum Civil Litigation Lawyer to join a friendly team working within a Local Authority in the East Midlands. The role is for an initial period of 3 months with a high possibility of extension and is offered on an Outside IR35 basis. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.

The client will consider Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with extensive Litigation experience within Local Government.

The caseload will cover a wide variety of civil and commercial matters to include contractual disputes, debt recovery, judicial review claims and property disputes. The post holder will also be responsible for dealing with licensing prosecutions and supervising a junior member of staff.

A highly attractive rate of £35 - £40 per hour, dependant upon experience, is offered along with some home working hours for the right candidate.
