It's healthcare litigation team is consistently ranked in the top tier by the Legal 500 and has a number of named leading individuals.

Your new role

This role will see you handle clinical negligence matters on behalf of a range of clients including the NHSR, MDU and DDU. Claims will range from low value, straight forward matters where liability is admitted, through to high value, multi track disputed claims including delayed diagnosis, birth injury and cancer claims. You will be working with leading legal healthcare experts in an encouraging and supportive environment.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a qualified solicitor of at least 4 years' PQE. You must have strong litigation skills and a good academic record. Candidates from a claimant and defendant background will be considered. This role is open to personal injury lawyers who are looking to retrain.
