Do you require an increasing level of flexibility but still want to maintain your career as a Commercial Property Solicitor? One of our international clients, with an office in Manchester, are looking for a Due Diligence Solicitor to work from home. They are looking for someone who is able to work either part time or full time as part of a well-established Due Diligence team.
What are the key responsibilities and benefits from this position?
As a work from home Due Diligence Solicitor, your focus will be on the reporting and reviewing of leases; drafting leases; reporting leases and identifying any issues with leases and solving them.
As a work from home Solicitor, you will be part of a reactionary team. Working on supporting the office-based Commercial Property Solicitors who work directly with the clients and will be developing all the existing client relationships.
The team is made up of both full time and part time solicitors. This is a highly collaborative and supportive team; they are in touch regularly via phone and email, so you will be given consistent support. There will also be face-to-face meet ups also with the team within Manchester, where the main Commercial Property team are based.
This position will really suit someone who is looking to take a step back from client negotiating and is happy to be supporting a wider team

You will be equipped with a full office set up, to give you all the support and resources to effectively work from your own home. The team both inside the office and home working team are incredibly supportive and you will be given any necessary support you need. The matters you will be working on are large complex leases and reports, so the work is challenging whilst also giving you the scope to maintain the work life balance The salary for this position is competitive and you will be awarded both personal bonuses and team bonuses.
