Debt Recovery Paralegal - Commercial Litigation
City of London
This firm have been established for 150 years in the heart of London and service a nationwide client base. This Tier 2, Legal 500 celebrated practice has gained recognition through its high standards specialising in Construction, Projects, Property, Corporate/Commercial, Civil Litigation, Community Housing and Employment Law.
The successful candidate shall have at least 2 years debt recovery experience behind them already in order to be able to hit the ground running as well as experience in issuing claims.
The role will include:
- Running your own caseload and providing advice to clients from instruction to hearing/settlement
- Drafting and submitting Claim Forms and Winding-Up/Bankruptcy Petition
- Issuing enforcement proceedings
- Liaising with Court prior to trials
