My client, a reputable legal 200 firm with a central London and Hertfordshire office are looking for a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to head up their Commercial Litigation department.

Property litigation experience is more essential than prior management experience.

You will be managing a full caseload and an extremly successful team of 3 (1 qualified solicitor, 1 trainee and 1 paralegal)

Based in Hertfordshire, you will be the heading up an extremely successful Commercial litigation team. The successful candidate will have commercial property litigation experience in areas such as lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, service charges, rent reviews and trespass. You will also, ideally, have some experience in residential property litigation in particular in lease extension and enfranchisement.

Please note, candidates who are experienced in litigation but not property litigation will not be considered. An competent property litigation solicitor is required.
