Your new role
As a senior member of the Employment and Immigration Department based in Bermuda you will be required to consistently provide clear and robust legal advice. Assisting the Head of Team, you will play a key role in maintaining a caseload of non-contentious employment matters and progress your career on a small yet greatly significant location in terms of offshore international business.

What you'll need to succeed
To qualify for this position, you must have more than 5 years' post qualification experience, with a practising certificate, working in employment law. You must have advocacy experience and should have some general exposure to wrongful dismissal claims, business-related immigration law and wider dispute resolution work. Further, you must have excellent written and oral communication skills, with a commitment to outstanding business development and client care.
