Construction (non-contentious) Public Sector / Projects work - Bristol

Based centrally close to St Paul's this opportunity would suit a non-contentious lawyer with experience of PPP / PFI work. The role will cover a wide range of projects in the public services markets, including education, health, leisure, housing and infrastructure.

The team of 12 is partner led and is heavily focused on public sector client bases. They have a national reputation for providing our clients in health, education, housing and local authority sectors peerless advice. Their expertise extends to infrastructure, leisure, waste management, rail, highways and renewable energy sectors.

Work will include advice on all standard form and bespoke documentation, including professional appointments, pre-construction agreements, building contracts, performance bonds, guarantees and collateral warranties.

They have extensive experience of advising on all PPP models, including the PFI market and the development of outsourcing and other forms of partnership working.

They have also developed a significant reputation for contract review and re-negotiation services, avoiding the need for costly dispute resolution and achieving release of value for clients from their existing contracts.
