If you are a corporate solicitor (3-5 years' PQE) looking for a new challenging, rewarding and progressive opportunity, then this role is for you.
Due to expansion, this Hull based Legal 500 law firm are looking to add an experienced corporate solicitor to its existing team of four. Although this is primarily a full time opportunity, legal professionals seeking a part time position that posses the required skill set will also be considered.
As well as providing the successful individual with the opportunity to run a caseload of high calibre corporate transactions, you will also be exposed to big tickets transactions. These include:
- PLCs
- Family businesses
- Charities and Education providers
- M&A
- Joint ventures
- Share sales
