My client are seeking to recruit an ambitious Solicitor (2yrs+ PQE) to join their growing and nationally recognised Corporate team working on top quality work with successful businesses.

Based in their Taunton office, you will report directly to the Partner and play an integral part in a wide range of work, including business acquisitions and disposals at a regional, national and international level. You will work on joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, corporate reorganisations and partnership arrangements. You will have already gained some experience of working on a range of small to medium sized corporate transactions, and be seeking to expand your skills and knowledge of larger transactions, whilst being supported by an experienced team. Within a busy team environment you will be responsible for dealing with high quality, high value work and will be afforded high levels of responsibility from the outset.

About You

An excellent communicator with proven technical and organisational skills, you'll be accustomed to working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines. You will already have gained some good general corporate experience and be passionate about developing a successful career in this field of law. You have an eye for detail, and are meticulous in your work, with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients. Being entrepreneurial, self-motivated and ambitious, you already possess the drive to help continue to grow and develop our business.
