The Role

Because the firm are growing, they are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary (preferably Chinese speaking) to join their thriving London office.

The Conveyancing team handle matters across the Conveyancing process and assist in: purchase and sale of properties, buy to let, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, mortgages, transfer of equity, lease agreements and more.

You will have a hands on role supporting the Conveyancing department, roles including: taking calls, maintaining the fee earner's filing system, typing, administrative duties, pay in or make requisitions for cheques, audio and copy typing and more.

Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chinese speaking Conveyancing Legal Secretary to be based in the firm's London office.
