Your new company
A national organisation dedicated to protecting a culture of clean sport are seeking a Head of Case Management. This is a newly created role within the Legal function. They are responsible for helping create an environment where all athletes know they can compete in the true spirit of sport. Their functions include a prevention through education programme, intelligence-led athlete testing across more than 40 Olympic, Paralympic and professional sports, investigations and exclusive results management authority for the determination of Anti-Doping Rule Violations (ADRVs).

Your new role
As the Head of Case Management, you will lead on the prosecution of individual ADRV cases, acting as an advocate on behalf of the organisation, Panels and other tribunals. You will oversee and manage an ADRV case load as well as leading on the prosecution of alleged ADRVs before the National Anti-Doping Panel tribunal. Furthermore, you will manage outside counsels as well as leading on the provision of contractual advice and non contentious legal advice to the organisation, including information sharing, data protection and freedom of information matters. Finally you will be responsible for managing and developing a small team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, you should be a qualified Solicitor or barrister (with current practicing certificate) with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience. You should have substantial experience of conducting advocacy before tribunals and/or courts as well as experience of managing a large litigation case load. Experience of working with anti-doping rules and regulations, or similar sports or professional regulations is essential to this role. Finally, experience of managing and developing a team of Legal professionals and experience of drafting and reviewing commercial contracts is desirable.
