The Role

After recent successes, the firm is now looking to recruit a new Corporate Solicitor in Birmingham.

This role would suit an entrepreneurial and driven solicitor who wants to be a member of a relaxed but professional team and has the drive to really build their career.

You will work with businesses from SMEs up to a multi-national companies with a particular focus on matters including but not limited to; Private Equity, M&A's, Equity and Venture Capital Transactions. This role would particularly suit someone with strong experience with VC and Private Equity work as this will largely be your focus.

From your first day, you will have responsibility for your own caseload whilst also working alongside other Partners in the team.

If you're an ambitious Senior Associate or Partner looking for a lateral move with a firm who are really on an upward trend.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit)
• You will have had a particular focus on Venture Capital & Private Equity
• Potentially you will have a mobile client base
• Able to work independently but also be a team player
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
• Entrepreneurial flair and strong commercial acumen
• The ultimate flexibility to work from home or the office as when you like
