Legal Secretary - Commercial Property - Southampton £20000 - £24000

A Chambers Top Ranked firm with ambitions to grow and break into the Legal 100 in the next few years. Established in a number of locations across the South, with successful teams in all major areas of law, a broad list of high quality commercial clients, HNW private individuals and high value contentious work. They are now seeking to add a further Legal Secretary to what is already a very well regarded Commercial Property team based out of the Southampton office.

The commercial property team is one of the largest in the region providing range of services to a broad range of clients including retailers, property portfolio manager and larger corporate entities dealing with all manner of commercial property transactions including disposal and acquisitions, leasehold and commercial property as an investment asset.

If you are an experienced Legal Secretary who appreciates being part of a successful and highly organised modern legal department this particular role will be of great interest to you. You will ideally need to have a good understanding of the type of legal support required for commercial property transactions therefore prior experience gained in a commercial property team would be considered highly advantageous. You will be at ease and thrive in a busy working environment using your excellent organisational skills and abilities to manage priorities to ensure the very best support it provided to the solicitors you will support.
