A well renowned listed leisure company is seeking to expand their legal team in London. The company has a strong presence around the UK and Europe and is one of the best known brands within the Leisure sector. This company is a prestige brand with a strong focus on the luxury leisure sector.

Your new role
Your new role will have broad mix of corporate commercial work gaining broad exposure to a high variety of work. The main focus of the role will be Corporate with a focus on Corporate Finance. You will also be exposed to commercial contracts, property law and data protection and some employment matters as they arise, offering the right candidate a high level of quality work and variety within the role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a UK qualified lawyer with around 2-5 PQE (Ideally, but will look outwith this range for the right candidates). You will have solid experience in corporate finance and have experience on a full range of corporate work.
