Solicitor/Barrister/Legal Executive (Child Care) – Post Ref: CE134
Salary: PO1 - 10, up to £38,052 per annum (starting point dependent on experience)
37 hours per week, permanent contract, based in central Halifax, West Yorkshire
We are seeking to recruit to two posts in our Child Care Legal Team:
The successful candidates will have extensive knowledge and experience of the law and practice relating to safeguarding children. You will be confident in handling complex cases, conducting advocacy and managing a caseload of court proceedings and advice matters. You will need to be highly motivated, enthusiastic and work effectively as part of a team.
Local authority experience is not necessary but a sound grounding in all aspects of Child Care law is essential.
