A leading personal injury practice is looking to hire an industrial disease solicitor or CILEX to take over an existing caseload of matters in the firms Slough based head office.
 
They are currently seeking two experienced Solicitors - 3-5 years' PQE and 5+ years' PQE - to join the expanding team. Ideally, you will have a track record of specialising in claimant industrial disease matters, specifically asbestos related diseases or other fatal cases. You will manage your own caseload dealing with a range of claimant industrial disease matters in a specialist department.
 
The work will be exclusively multi-track, including cases arising from asbestos and mesothelioma, NIHL and HAVS. You must have very strong litigation experience, but most importantly you must have a genuine desire and enthusiasm to do specialist industrial disease work.
 
You will be an industrial disease litigator and your experience should include asbestos and mesothelioma, NIHL and HAVS.
 
If you have previous experience of Trade Union work, this would be advantageous, but a strong litigation background is essential.
