In this commercial property solicitor role, you will be dealing with a mixed caseload ranging from national to local level. There is a preexisting caseload to be handed over, but business development within this role is encouraged. Typical cases will include, but are not limited to: sales and acquisitions, commercial landlord and tenant leases, property investments, licensed premises and development sites. 
 
To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified commercial property solicitor with enough experience to hit the ground running from day 1. You will have had experience in dealing with a variety of commercial property cases. As well as holding excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be ambitious and driven in nature.
