Motor Paralegal / Fee Earner

Litigated motor paralegal / fee earner within a national law firm based within Liverpool's City Centre.


Your new company

You will be working for a large, well-regarded company based within the heart of Liverpool's City Centre. This firm offers excellent career progression and a flexible benefits package along with 2 days homeworking.

Your new role

You will handle your own caseload of litigated small, fast track and MOJ cases to settlement. These cases will be for a range of clients and you will be undertaking discussions and negotiations with these clients and third party solicitors to pursue the settlement. You will asses liability of the claims along with undertaking court telephone hearings.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you must have experience handling a litigated caseload of files and have worked with the MOJ portal at all stages. You will need to have good telephone negotiation skills and have an understanding of protocols. LPC / LLM or similar is preferable but not essential.
