Job Details
My client, based in Birmingham, is a leading national Healthcare team and currently looking to recruit a mid-level Solicitor or CILEX with experience in defending EL/PL claims on behalf of the NHSR.
The team, ranked as top tier in Chambers and the Legal 500, has a fantastic reputation for their advice on contentious and non-contentious healthcare law, from defending complex and high value medical negligence, employers and public liability personal injury claims, through to advising on medical insurance coverage and regulatory matters.
The caseload would suit a Solicitor or CILEX with upwards of 4 years' PQE in defending EL/PL claims, ideally, though not essential, on behalf of healthcare clients and comprises of complex and high value multi track personal injury claims.
You will work within a successful and friendly team, with excellent support from well respected Partners.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing team who already have established a great industry reputation for their work within Healthcare Law.
