Are you a Residential Property Solicitor looking for a bigger challenge or someone who wants more recognition?

A brilliant Residential Property challenge has arisen working within a Fee Earner capacity for a Legal 500 law firm based in Luton or Berkhamsted.

Operating for over 100 years across the Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire regions, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.

Working from this buy office, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of residential conveyancing experience with the capability to undertake all aspects including dealing with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, buy to let investment properties, transfer of equity, remortgages, lease extensions, right to buy schemes and new build purchases. Your caseload will consist of roughly 100 files and you'll ideally be setting up 25-30 completions a month.

Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 5 years PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable firm.
