The Role

The firm is seeking a Corporate Partner to join their York office.

The Corporate department are exceptionally well connected with a strong reputation for providing first-class service. You will be as comfortable advising small businesses as you are supporting large corporate entities and have a proven track record of acting for clients with a turnover from £5m up to £50m. They have advised on the sales and acquisitions of a broad range of clients ranging from privately owned business to listed PLCs. You will deal with a full spectrum of transactional and corporate advisory work including shareholder agreements, articles of association, share incentive schemes and general corporate governance issues.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Partner or Senior Associate with 8+ years PQE
• Excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate looking for a route to partnership
• You will have solid Corporate experience and strong technical knowledge
• Excellent client care skills are essential
