Role

• Due to expansion, this firm is looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor (2 - 5 years PQE) to join their office based in Ipswich.
• You will deal with a mixed workload of Corporate and Commercial work including: mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts and transactions, corporate finance, terms of sale and purchase, joint ventures, insolvency, compliance issues.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor with experience in Corporate and Commercial matters (2 - 5 years PQE).
• Experience working with Corporate organisations will be a key element of the role.
• You should have a good billings history.
• You should be ambitious and wanting to progress.
• You should have excellent communication skills and work well within a team.
• You will receive excellent training, support, and prospects.
