Commercial lawyer
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with in excess of 3 years’ PQE to focus on company and commercial law. We advise on all forms of corporate transactions, including banking and finance, corporate restructuring, insurance, funds, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements and trusts.
The successful applicant will need to be an experienced professional with a committed, enthusiastic and motivated approach, together with excellent client care skills. The candidate should be capable of undertaking a busy and varied caseload and have the ability to work under pressure.
The firm offers an excellent remuneration package and good career development prospects.
