COMMERCIAL LITIGATION - SENIOR ROLE - (6 PQE+) -
A classic and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor within Commercial Litigation matters to join a forward thinking firm in a progressive role with excellent quality work.
You will need to be adept at dealing with work in a good range of Commercial Litigation matters and be ready for a major career step. The caseload will include a wide ranging spectrum of general commercial and corporate disputes and sector specific work including international and cross-border litigation, Intellectual Property, shareholder disputes, data, information and confidentiality, professional negligence claims, injunctions and arbitration
You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere. You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member.
