Court of Protection Paralegal - Tunbridge Wells

A well regarded legal 500 client based in Tunbridge Wells are currently looking to recruit a Paralegal to work within the expanding court of protection team within the Private Client department.

As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting the Court of Protection Managers with clients, many of whom have come to our client with brain injury cases. You will be responsible for dealing with preparing applications to the court of protection for the appointment of a deputy, appointment of a trustee, statutory wills, gifts and DOLs. As a Paralegal you will be responding to telephone enquiries from clients and supportive daily financial administration, preparing annual deputyship reports, visiting clients in their home, care home and hospital settings as well as producing financial reports and budgets.
