I am currently working with a highly established Legal 500 firm who have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Residential Convencyer to join one of the industry leaders in Real Estate.
The role
You will be supporting clients in a range of projects from PLC and regional house builders, mixed-use developers and investors through to build to rent and regeneration.
High value development work is available which will include conditional contracts and transfers, conditional options, collaboration agreements and development agreements with a focus on high value residential development and investment projects.
The candidate
My client is interested in candidates with a minimum of 3 years PQE in conveyancing, looking at particular interest in your development expertise and track record. It goes without saying that you'll have the ability to offer first-class commercial advice and sector knowledge. You'll be contributing to a performing team offering creative and effective business-focused ideas.
You'll need to bring a broad and varied skill set that includes previous experience of residential development work. You'll need to be a robust and resilient professional, used to working in a fast paced environment.
