Corporate Paralegal - Top City Law Firm
Our client a very well regarded, Legal 500, city law firm, is currently urgently looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Paralegal to start immediately.
The position is to assist within their Corporate Department whilst one of their current paralegals is on secondment. The role will involve:
- Assisting with corporate transactions
- Handling verification and due diligence processes in line with capital markets
- Cross checking documents
Previous 12 months experience working within a top Corporate Department is required.
This is a very exciting opportunity to work with a top UK Law firm and gain invaluable experience working in a very well regarded Corporate Department.
