Residential Conveyancing Assistant - Cheltenham - Free parking on-site
Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious residential property assistant who is looking to work in central Cheltenham. Our client has experienced real growth over the last few years and have a number of offices; they are currently seeking an experienced residential property assistant to join their office in Cheltenham. The role is full time and free parking is available on site.
About you
Ideally, you will have experience of working in the residential property department of a local law firm, but prior experience of the Cheltenham market is less important than your expertise in assisting with residential property work and your excellent secretarial and organisational skills. You will need strong word-processing and audio-typing skills and must have experience of using Microsoft Office. Prior experience of using case management systems would be advantageous, but is not essential. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and on the telephone, and will have a friendly, reassuring approach to dealing with clients. You will be adaptable and able to work calmly under pressure, in what can be a fast-paced environment.
