The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Senior Residential Development Solicitor into their Norwich office, Norfolk.

The Property team is award-winning, it deals with both local work and an ever-growing London client base of HNW individuals, Wealthy families, Business owners and entrepreneurs. You will find the work on par with top London firms. You will work as part of a supportive, friendly and professional team, you will deal with; Acquisitions for development, Commercial Leases, Residential Development, acting for developers of both Plc and private companies in connection with commercial property acquisitions and extensive multi-purpose developments.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Development Solicitor, around 4 - 6 years PQE.
• You should have good experience of running your own caseload.
• An exceptional technical knowledge is essential
• You should have excellent communication skills.
• You should be ambitious and keen to progress.
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package.
