Due to an influx of work coming through, a Clinical Negligence Solicitor is required to join a Legal 500 law firm based in Southend.
Operating for over 100 years across the Essex and London regions, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.
The successful candidate will be a NQ - 5 years PQE in dealing with claimant clinical negligence matters. You will have handled your own case load from the initial investigation stage through to negotiating settlements or progressing claims through to litigation.
Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 2 years PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable firm.
