This a fantastic opportunity for a residential property lawyer who is looking for flexibility, as our client offers flexible and part time working hours. They are looking for a lawyer based near Bath with a good amount of experience in the property sector. This is a small, down to earth firm with not only a regional, but national client base. They offer a relaxed working environment with an excellent work life balance.

About you

You will be managing a busy and varied caseload with secretarial support, therefore you will have a wide range of knowledge on all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential transactions. You will have the ability to maintain and develop good relationships with clients and run your own caseload without supervision. You should have first rate communication skills, commercial awareness and the initiative to work alone as well as be a team player.
