The Role

The firm are looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join one of their busy Cambridgeshire offices.

The corporate and commercial department are well known for their work, integrating high quality London work with high-grade East Anglian work resulting in a diverse client base.
This role will involve a varied and mixed caseload of both corporate and commercial matters including but not limited to; corporate restructurings, mergers & demergers, shareholders agreements, joint ventures and limited liability partnership agreements, general commercial agreements, and much more.

Your role will be exciting and varied, you will be assisting Partners and associates who are well-known in their field on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. The firm are looking for someone to grow and develop their own specialism within the corporate commercial area, and they actively encourage their employees to explore where their passions lie.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with around 3 - 6 years PQE
• Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
• You should be ambitious and wanting to progress
• You should be comfortable having a varied and demanding caseload
• You should be versatile, dynamic and work well within a team
