Job Details
A leading Lancashire law firm with a growing residential conveyancing team in Bolton are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Residential Conveyancer to join.
Your role as Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be to manage a caseload of all aspects of conveyancing transactions to include sale and purchase of freehold/leasehold plus some remortgages and transfer of equity.
The firm are well known in the local market for offering a friendly service and professional advice and you'll be working as part of a well run conveyancing department with several Conveyancers which is headed up by a very experienced Conveyancing Partner.
You must be a qualified Residential Conveyancer (Ideally a Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/FILEX) with at least 2 years' experience in managing a full caseload of purchases, sales, and re-mortgages from instruction through to post completion.
Salary is dependent on experience and will include various benefits and 25 days holiday.
