Commercial Paralegal

A leading regional based firm are looking for a commercial paralegal to join their well regarded corporate commercial department. The firm have a first rate reputation within the North West and work on behalf of some high profile clients.

You will be required to provide assistance to the departments associates with their commercial and contract work. You will have exposure to drafting complex contracts and documents alongside assisting with commercial advisory work. Prior experience within a commercial/ contracts role is essential, having a background from a top 50 law firm would be extremely advantageous.

Salary up to £25,000 alongside some fantastic benefits and generous annual leave.
