The role

The firm are seeking to hire an Commercial Property Solicitor into their Bristol City Centre office.

You will join a friendly, professional and supportive team of 3. The department is very busy and deals with a high quality of work across a broad client base. You will be given good training and career development, you will have lots of autonomy running your own caseload and will get the opportunity to business develop and build your own client base.

You will deal with a varied caseload, which will make for a more interesting role. This will include but not be limited to; Commercial sales and purchases, Licenses to assign and commercial leases.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with between 1-5 years PQE
• A strong technical knowledge is essential
• Experience of mentoring and developing more junior lawyers is of advantage, but not essential
• Salary is very competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE
