Childcare Legal Officer
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting to an exciting opportunity for a Childcare Legal Officer to join a friendly and well respected local authority based in West Yorkshire. This role is located within a city centre, offering nearby car parks and a train station.
The successful candidate for the role will be able to provide support to the childcare lawyers, undertaking the following duties;
- Taking statements
- Preparing bundles
- Collating, filing and serving evidence
- Drafting various documents, including witness statements
- Liaising with clients, counsel and other parties
- Arranging meetings
Previous experience in providing legal support in child care work including care and related public law proceedings is required.
The ideal candidate for the legal officer role will be available for 3 months.
Full or part-time hours will be available.
