The role

The firm are looking for a Property solicitor/Legal Executive to join their office based in Ipswich, Suffolk.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property, and the caseload will include a mixture of both areas. This will include but not limited to: acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, commercial leases, lettings, freehold and leasehold, new builds and re-mortgages.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 + PQE experience (there is no upper limit with regards to PQE)
• You will have experience in both Residential and Commercial property
• You will have a broad knowledge of property law and practice
• You should work well in a team as well as having excellent communication and client care skills
• The salary is competitive and will be based on experience
