The property litigation team handles a wide variety of contentious matters advising clients within the financial services, retail and leisure sectors to include landlord and tenant disputes, rent reviews and lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and contractual disputes. Clients include commercial landlords and tenants, public sector bodies and housing associations, property developers, investors, telecoms operators, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners.

This firm enjoys an excellent reputation in this area of law and as a result are able to attract a regular flow of good quality work into the team, so you will be able to carry on your career within a leading firm whilst receiving a great benefits package and competitive salary.
