The Opportunity
The firm are looking for a proactive litigator to join their team of committed and enthusiastic professionals in their Birmingham office. You will manage a mixed caseload of litigated and non-litigated Accident claims up to the value of £200k. This will provide a platform for you to showcase sound judgement, outstanding client care, confident decision-making buttressed by your significant legal knowledge and expertise.

The role:
The ideal candidate will be an admitted Solicitor or Legal executive with a good knowledge of PI law, CPR rules on evidence, litigation process and funding. As well as having substantial experience in handling specialist personal injury claims and exposure to trials, you will have expertise in handling a caseload of Multi Track valued Accident claims from beginning to end, including employer, public, occupier and product liability. The ability to work as part of a team is essential as you will provide advice to junior members of the team; a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in developing talent within the business.

The role requires the job holder to have the ability to prioritise their workload while maintaining thorough attention to detail, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication while displaying empathy, as you will have direct contact with our clients either face to face or by telephone.
