Litigation Solicitor. A general Litigation department of a Gloucestershire law firm require an approximately 2 year experienced Litigation Solicitor to manage a busy mixed case load. The Litigation team advises clients on debt matters, breach of contract, bankruptcy, insolvency, contested probate, boundary and building disputes and property litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to make their mark in a litigation team offering clients a comprehensive litigation service.
