The role

The firm are seeking to hire an Experienced Corporate Solicitor into their office in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.

The large Corporate department deals with an excellent quality of work acting for household names and international businesses, as well as regional clients and enterprises. Within this strong team, you will work alongside well-known Partners and specialists dealing with a caseload including but not limited to: Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity investments, Joint Ventures, bank lending, venture capital, corporate governance and general transactional work.

The successful candidate will assist with the firm's corporate team in Cambridge, but you will also be expected to work within the wider firm and will provide corporate support across the firms other practice areas.

The role

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE
• You should have strong academics, an excellent technical knowledge and good attention to detail
• You will be experienced particularly in Equity Investments and Venture Capital
• You will have a good billings history and experience in building client relationships
• You will be organised and work well under pressure and within a team
• You should be enthusiastic, and comfortable having a varied and demanding caseload
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of PQE
