Family Solicitor - Our client, a multi-office firm based in West Sussex are now looking for a further family solicitor to join their small but highly regarded team.
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of candidates with 3+ years PQE and a broad understanding of complex family law. You will be managing a busy private caseload of divorce, finance, civil partnership, prenuptial & cohabitation agreements and cases under the Children Act 1989.
They will expect you to handle each case in a sensitive manner; treating each client as an individual. You will need to show a head for business development and be able to go out and comfortably market the department. This firm are Law Society Panel accredited and members of Resolution.
