Corporate Solicitor

This firm are looking for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join one of their offices in Norfolk. This role will allow the individual to deal with an outstanding level of high-quality work.

The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Associate into their Norwich office, Norfolk.

The corporate team are award winning, dealing with a high-grade quality of work and a diverse client base, ranging from entrepreneurs to public and international companies.

You will work on a range of corporate matters including: mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, lending/borrowing, corporate finance, lending/borrowing, private equity, transactions, re-financings and exits.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with around 3 - 6 years PQE
• You will have a good billings history and proven experience in business development
• You will have excellent attention to detail and technical knowledge
• You should have excellent communications skills and work well within a team
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
