Commercial Solicitor - A new opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor with 4+ years PQE has arisen in a the Thames Valley. The Commercial Solicitor role requires a qualified and experienced solicitor with excellent commercial experience in reviewing, amending and drafting commercial agreements and contracts. This experience may have been gained in a commercial department of a regional/large private practice or in-house legal team as a commercial counsel or in-house commercial solicitor. The role requires a very competent solicitor with excellent technical skills involving commercial work, contracts, advising and applying regulatory/compliance legislation. Essentially, the successful commercial solicitor will possess strong commercial acumen. Salary dependent upon experience.
