One of the UKs leading regional law practices are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join their Milton Keynes office.
This Legal 500 Commercial Property team advises a wide range of public and private sector clients including business occupiers, landowners, local authorities, charities, educational bodies, developers and financial institutions on their property transactions and other aspects of property law.
The role involves a detailed knowledge of Landlord & Tenant transactions and acting for lender, Retail or Commercial Development work. You will process transactions through to completion and deal with post completion matters.
You will be at least 1 - 3+PQE with relevant experience in high value real estate matters.
