Our client is a top tier, Legal 100 law firm with solid growth in the Swindon real estate team and nationally. There is now an opportunity for a junior solicitor to join their well-regarded real estate team. The firm has strong and well established roots in the South West in terms of it's real estate practice. 
 
The real estate team work across a broad spectrum of commercial property projects acting for some of the largest investors and developers across the UK including institutional investors, development companies and corporate occupiers. The team prides itself on its technical expertise and friendly, collaborative environment which will provide you with the solid foundations required to develop your career as a real estate solicitor. The team promotes continuous improvement and development to help you achieve your potential and progress.  
 
Your role will involve undertaking a range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, property management, sales and purchases for high profile and household name clients. You will be responsible for handling your own matters as part of a structured and supportive team. You will be working in a fast-paced, challenging environment with direct supervision. You will be working as part of a sizeable team alongside specialist lawyers to support you at this pivotal time in your career as a newly qualified solicitor.
 
If you are a junior solicitor (NQ-3 years' PQE) with strong academics (ideally 2:1 at degree level or equivalent) and a personable and enthusiastic outlook, the Swindon-based team would be interested to hear from you.
