Job Details
If you are a Property Litigation Solicitor looking to work in an established and high flying firm in 2019, this is the role for you.
My client is recruiting into their property litigation team and seek an additional solicitor to join the team.
In this role you will advise on landlord and tenant work (rent reviews, dilapidations, business lease renewals, service charge disputes etc.), development disputes, possession and trespass actions.
You will be acting for a wide variety of, often, household name clients. These will include retailers, developers and property portfolio managers.
This property litigation role will suit a solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 1 year's PQE. You should already have property litigation experience, from another reputed firm.
Excellent salary, depending on experience + benefits associated with a Legal 500 firm.
