You would be expected to provide supervision to less qualified members of the team.
 
A background in working with local authorities or schools relating to their own real estate issues - mainly within development - would be of specific interest to the firm.
 
With your excellent academics and strong technical skillset, you will have trained and gained experience in a city or large regional firm where there is a comparable high level of work where you will have had to take responsibility for your own decisions and you will have been exposed to complex high value matters.
 
You will work alongside fee earners who are more and less qualified than yourself on joined up pieces of work including developing new business through the growth of existing clients of the firm and winning new clients through pitches, tenders and other marketing. You'll be assisting senior members of the team with more complex transactions but also have your own caseload of matters as well.
 
You should be commercial in approach, well trained, a team player, and very focused with regards to staying organised to meet deadlines and to also deliver the best possible levels of service to your client base.
